Becoming an author is like stepping through a secret door into not one, but many new worlds waiting to be found by anyone curious enough to go looking. The worlds which have always caught my attention most are filled with children and animals trying to survive against insurmountable challenges. I love reading these stories as much as I love writing them, and that seems to be a part of me that will never change.
